    Recruitment in Nigeria
Nigeria is a country blessed because of so many resources, therefore many great people, yet situations are hard. A majority of the youth are unemployed. To get a good job, you can either must be lucky, or you have to be connected (i.e know someone). A lot of youths today are getting into scam businesses, even graduates, because of the lack of jobs.

Many people also don't bother trying to find job vacancies. The web, unknown to them, is a great place for vacancy information.

Here are some steps on how to get a full job:

    1. Search the net wisely: If as an example, you're a doctor trying to find a job, don't just type 'Doctor' or 'Doctor Job' inside the search box. It would be wiser to search for something like 'Doctor jobs in Nigeria', 'Doctor Jobs in Lagos' 'Oil and gas jobs in Lagos for June 2009' etc. That way, your research will be limited by only the important sites.

    2. Bookmark your job Vacancy websites: There are so many job vacancy websites in Nigeria now, and it is usually difficult to keep up with them. To create this easier for you, bookmark sites, so that when you go onto the internet, you just go right to all of your bookmarked sites, and check for updates and new Nigerian Vacancies.

    3. Sign up for their feeds: By subscribing to their feeds, the vacancies are delivered directly into your email box, making it simpler for you personally, so that all you have to do is go to your inbox, look for the ones you'll need, click on them, and apply.

    4. Browse the instructions for applying perfectly: Plenty of applicants just browse through the job advertisements without even reading the instructions regarding how to apply. This decreases the chances of your actually getting the job as well as being invited to have an interview.

With all I've said above, I think you will would place all this under consideration when trying to search for your next job.
